How long does shipping usually take?
Deliveries usually take 14–17 working days (approx. 3–4 weeks).*
*Delivery times are estimates.
During the holiday season (Nov.–Jan.), please allow extra time for delivery due to the increased traffic of international shipments. Some deliveries may take twice as long to arrive. Please be aware that overseas shipping can take several weeks and may be subject to customs delays – please contact your postal service for more information.
**Canadian customers: Please note that deliveries to Canada may take significantly longer than the estimated 3–4 weeks, sometimes an additional 6–8 weeks are necessary for Customs processing.

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
Twosetviolin.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
Measurements? They are chest measurements in centimetres (CM) from one armpit to the other.
Wrong product received? If you have received the wrong product (the product received is different from the order) you can exchange the product (shipping fees + handling covered) or choose to have a full refund of the product (shipping + handling included).
Quality issue: We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 30 days of the customers receiving the item. Customers will need to send the product back to us, and after going through our checking procedures we will exchange the product or offer a refund.
Non-quality issue: If a customer returns a product, within 7 days after receiving it, for non-quality reasons, we will offer a 70% refund (excluding shipping and handling fees).
Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.
