How long does shipping usually take?
Standard international shipping usually takes 14–19 business days (approx. 3–4 weeks). Express shipping takes 3-7 business days.
Shipments to Canada, Brazil, South Africa, and China are limited to express shipping; this is to protect your order and ensure it's delivery. Thank you for your understanding!
*Delivery times are estimates. International orders’ exact delivery dates are difficult to predict. During the holiday season (Nov.–Jan.), please allow extra time for delivery due to the increased traffic of international shipments. Some deliveries may take twice as long to arrive. If you require the order by a specific date, please opt for express shipping. Be aware that overseas shipping may be subject to customs delays – please contact your postal service for more information. For rural areas, please allow 1-2 additional weeks for delivery. We will do our best to accommodate, but we are not responsible for delays in shipping that are outside of our technical control.
Does my order come with tracking?
Express shipments always come with tracking and are shipped via EMS. For standard shipping, available tracking is dependent on the postal service of your country. We cannot guarantee tracking information for standard shipments.

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
Twosetviolin.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
Measurements? Width measures from one armpit to the other. Length measures from the highest point of the collar to the bottom of the clothing. Please note that hoodies and sweatshirts run small, as indicated on the product pages.
Failed delivery: If the order failed delivery due to an incorrect address, re-payment of the shipping fee will be requested for a 2nd delivery attempt.
Wrong product received? If you have received the wrong product (the product received is different from the product ordered) you can exchange the product (shipping + handling covered) or choose to have a full refund (shipping + handling included).
Quality issue: We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 30 days of the customers receiving the item. Customers will need to send the product back to us, and after going through our checking procedures we will exchange the product or offer a refund.
Non-quality issue: If a customer returns a product, within 7 days after receiving it, for non-quality reasons, we will offer a 70% refund (excluding shipping and handling fees).
Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.
